Why Work With Us?

Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:

Pamela is a wonderful agent if one would like to find his/her ideal home in East Bay. Pamela tried to understand our needs and gave us her advice on locations, schools and other factors as my family was located outside with minimum information about this area. Her expertise helped us to find a property which I and my wife love, within a walking distance to our favorite public schools for our kids. Besides, Pamela had a great team to support the viewing and transactions. We have received very helpful information concerning the house services and local shops.

Working with Pamela was a dream. I reached out to her via one of her listings and thank goodness I did, because we wouldn’t have been able to get our dream house without her! As first time home buyers, we had a ton of questions, and definitely needed a lot of hand holding throughout the process. Pamela was always more than happy to answer questions and took the time to really walk us through every step of the way. Pamela is extremely knowledgeable about the area, the nuances of buying a home, and has legal expertise to boot! She is wildly intelligent, and also someone we now consider a friend. It took less than 2 weeks between meeting Pamela, touring numerous houses, and the first and only offer being accepted on our dream home - and mind you there were 18 competing offers. Pamela is a magic maker.

We sold our house in Piedmont after one day of being on the market. That is because Pamela takes the initiative and searches for agents with strong buyers before the for-sale sign even goes up. She listened to what we wanted and she delivered!

My husband has a professional career in commercial real estate and experience with strategy, negotiation, acute attention to detail, marketing, and high-quality execution. Luckily, Pamela also has high standards. She amazed us with her depth of knowledge, sensible advice and comforting attitude. Pamela has a special combination of business acumen, communication skills and genuine caring for her clients. Plus she is fun.

Pamela knows everybody and that helps get things done, fast. I strongly recommend you just meet with her and see how she can help you too.

As first-time homebuyers, we had our aspirations high and our budget as low as possible. Coming into a competitive Oakland Hills market, we were hopeful that we would be able to get our dream home within our budget. After getting outbid and losing out on homes with multiple offers, Pamela found us our dream home, in our ideal neighborhood within our budget as an off-market opportunity, however, it was not an easy road to get to this point. Pamela showed us over 20 homes and although it felt like we were wasting her time, she did not share the sentiment and took each show as an opportunity; an opportunity to educate, grow in our partnership and truly personalize the home search process for us. Education was a large part of the home-buying process for us. Pamela loves working with first-time homebuyers and it truly is a great niche for her. Her expertise lies in explaining a complex process to those who have never experienced it as well as preparing them for what's to come. We felt confident, knowledgeable, and prepared due to Pamela spending the time, in the beginning, to let us know what to expect. Pamela was our biggest advocate and partner from day 1. She took to heart what we were looking for, showed us a few things that had great potential, and ultimately shared her wisdom on things that may not be in our best interest. Having someone in your corner who is as thoughtful, considerate, and honest with you throughout this process is a game changer. Pamela was our third partner in this process and we couldn’t have done it any other way. Finally, you would hope as first-time home buyers we’d be more open to a variety of homes, however like many others, we had a list of must-have items in our new home. Pamela respected that and shared homes that were within those guidelines, however, to expand our scope a bit, also helpful in challenging some of those ideas that we had in our head. Overall, we would not be in our home without Pamela. She is the best, hardest working, well-networked, and true friend of an agent. We would never consider anyone else throughout this process and are very thankful we chose her!

I found Pamela by her already stellar reviews, but didn’t expect to be writing one myself so soon after meeting her! Pamela is a trustworthy, ethical REALTOR who works extremely hard for her clients. Luckily she has the energy and stamina of five women, so she makes it seem like a breeze. She is extremely well-connected in the Piedmont and surrounding communities (our search was in Montclair), which helps with everything from knowing the listing agents to recommending Preschools. Pamela works quickly to discover your preferences and stays in constant contact regarding potential homes. We were extremely lucky to find a home we loved the very first weekend with Pamela and with finances in order, we could move as quickly as the market requires (8-10 days). Pamela was very flexible throughout the process and always makes herself available. She coached us through the entire process, including calls with our mortgage broker, how to write a stellar offer letter, and walked us through the comps in detail. Just 2 weeks after our initial conversation, we bought a home! What could’ve been a long, discouraging, and arduous process, turned out smooth and swift on our very first offer! We were thrilled. My husband keeps saying, if you want to get into a house quickly, work with Pamela, “I sneezed and I had a home!” In hindsight, I know that scoring our house wasn’t luck at all, it was because we had Pamela as our partner! When anyone asks how we won a house in this market or town, my response is that our REALTOR had our backs and put up a very strong fight for us, we wouldn’t have gotten the home without her. I honestly trust she would do the same for all of her clients.

Pamela has the energy, spunk, and knowledge to navigate this crazy East Bay housing market. After interviewing a few different REALTORS, it was clear that Pamela would be exactly what we needed in a real estate agent and we could not have been more thrilled. Her background as a lawyer has certainly instilled in her some keen negotiation skills, and her local knowledge as both a resident and active community member gave her insights that were priceless. For us, it just felt like Pamela would relentlessly persevere on our behalf and she most certainly did. Someone else wrote in their review that they sneezed and then owned a house, that Pamela can work that fast. I can not echo that more strongly. We met with her for the first time on a Saturday morning and went to look at two houses that day. We decided to put in an offer on that first house and within a week our offer was accepted, within a month we had closed and moved in. That never happens, who gets the very first house they put an offer on? She knew exactly how to guide us in understanding and feeling comfortable with all aspects of the offer and helping determine the right price to offer. Pamela was also able to set us up with great loan officers to get financing squared away quickly and worked seamlessly with them to ensure everything went smoothly. From start to finish, the process was easy because of her attention to detail and caring patience with us as first-time buyers having a million questions. Pamela was such a joy to work with and I have no doubt it will be the same for you.

Pam is a unique and formidable combination as an agent. She comes from a legal background, spending the bulk of her career thus far as a litigator, and her competitive edge and eye for an angle of attack quickly come out when she locks on to a property that she thinks is right for you. Marry this with her unparalleled knowledge of the intricacies and mechanics of the Piedmont property market and you already have all the reason in the world to take her on as an agent. However, there is another, and I would say even greater side to Pam, and that is her hugely generous spirit and capacity for kindness. When Pam sells and buys in Piedmont, she is not just building a sales portfolio, she is building a community, one in which she takes great pride, and puts a considerable amount of effort and love. Before us, she helped our sister’s family buy into Piedmont, and still drops by regularly with little presents for the kids, or a bottle of wine for her now neighbors. I suspect that Pam’s passion for work comes more from her desire to bring people into her beautiful community than from her great success at doing so. Wherever it comes from, however, it produces an unbeatable combination, which put us, and many other families, in their dream homes and community. If that is what you are after, I would highly recommend you enlist Pam’s passion and skill. As our neighbor and friend now, she will always have a glass of wine waiting at our place.

What can I say about Pamela that hasn’t been saying before? It is never an easy decision to find the perfect REALTOR as there are so many agents to choose from. My family and I are so happy to have found Pamela. We not only went through the selling process with Pamela but also the buying process. When we went to sell our family home in a very sought-after neighborhood, we did our due diligence and met with a few top agents. Pamela stood out to us with her caring, hardworking personality. We worked so well together that we had her by our side when buying a home as well. We had an honest, and comfortable relationship with Pamela, allowing us to say what was on our minds and never feel left out of the process. Pamela took charge and made sure my family and I were in great hands. Pamela not only works with sellers but also with buyers. We have referred friends and family to Pamela and she has secured homes for them in competitive bidding. I would not refer an agent to anyone if I wasn’t 100% confident in their work and intentions. Thank you Pamela for all your hard work and dedication!

You wouldn't ask for the second-best doctor for major surgery, why would you want anything short of the best real estate agent to help navigate the biggest financial commitment of your life? We have worked with Pamela to sell and buy our house. Pamela’s hard work is nothing short of extraordinary. She made selling our house an otherwise stressful process manageable and even somewhat enjoyable. She literally took the keys to our house and did the rest until it was sold. I can't imagine trying to buy or sell a home during these crazy times without Pamela on our side. Her knowledge of the real estate market, her contacts, and her negotiation skill enabled us to sell our home for top dollar.

Pamela is wonderful! She worked efficiently and professionally to sell our home and the organization and execution of the process were incredible. This often stressful process was easy because of Pamela's expertise and guidance. She positioned our home perfectly for the market. She and her staff made selling seamless! As an attorney, Pamela guided us thoroughly through all the documents and negotiations. She seriously reduced the stress of this process. Most importantly, we trusted her and knew she cared deeply about what we wanted. Pamela truly shines, she is also fun, kind, generous, and patient helping us with one of the most important things we'll ever do!
