As first-time homebuyers, we had our aspirations high and our budget as low as possible. Coming into a competitive Oakland Hills market, we were hopeful that we would be able to get our dream home within our budget. After getting outbid and losing out on homes with multiple offers, Pamela found us our dream home, in our ideal neighborhood within our budget as an off-market opportunity, however, it was not an easy road to get to this point.
