“Thank you Pamela Strike Fullerton for raising the bar in all you do. You inspire me every day .”
– Heidi Marchesotti, Managing Partner, Highland Partners
Pam is a unique and formidable combination as an agent. She comes from a legal background, spending the bulk of her career thus far as a litigator, and her competitive edge and eye for an angle of attack quickly comes out when she locks on to a property that she thinks is right for you. Marry this with her unparalleled knowledge of the intricacies and mechanics of the Piedmont property market and you already have all the reason in the world to take her on as an agent. However, there is another, and I would say even greater side to Pam, and that is her hugely generous spirit and capacity for kindness. When Pam sells and buys in Piedmont, she is not just building a sales portfolio, she is building a community, one in which she takes great pride, and puts a considerable amount of effort and love into. Before us, she helped our sister’s family buy into Piedmont, and still drops by regularly with little presents for the kids, or a bottle of wine for her now neighbors. I suspect that Pam’s passion for work comes more from her desire to bring people into her beautiful community than from her great success at doing so. Wherever it comes from however, it produces an unbeatable combination, which put us, and many other families, in their dream home and community. If that is what you are after, I would highly recommend you enlist Pam’s passion and skill. As our neighbor and friend now, she will always have a glass of wine waiting at our place.
Someone else wrote in their review that they sneezed and then owned a house, that Pamela can work that fast. I can not echo that more strongly. We met with her for the first time on a Saturday morning and went to look at two houses that day. We decided to put in an offer on that first house and within a week our offer was accepted, within a month we had closed and moved in. That never happens, who gets the very first house they put an offer on?! She knew exactly how to guide us in understanding and feeling comfortable with all aspects of the offer and helping determine the right price to offer. Pamela was also able to set us up with great loan officers to get financing squared away quickly and worked seamlessly with them to ensure everything went smoothly. From start to finish, the process was easy because of her attention to detail and caring patience with us as first time buyers having a million questions.
Pamela was such a joy to work with and I have no doubt it will be the same for you.
In hindsight, I know that scoring our house wasn’t luck at all, it was because we had Pamela as our partner! When anyone asks how we won a house in this market/town, my response is that our realtor had our backs and put up a very strong fight for us, we wouldn’t have gotten the home without her. I honestly trust she would do the same for all of her clients.
Pamela was a joy to work with throughout the entire search and purchase process. She always put our interests first and advised us thoughtfully, making herself fully available via phone, text, or in-person. She walked us through the offer and closing processes, all of which went smoothly. Now that we own our home, she is has put us in touch with other top professionals who are helping us make our home ours. She goes far beyond the scope of a regular “realtor” – she is full service!
She is thorough and diligent in anything she does. For example, prior to us putting an offer on our home, she set up an appointment with a local contractor who walked us through all the disclosures and provided recommendations on maintenance, repairs, and possible cost ranges.
Pamela has a wealth of knowledge that spans far beyond real estate. She helped find us a great moving company, introduced us to the neighbors, gave a great recommendation on day care, and helped guide us through summer camps and school options for our children. List goes on and on. We can confidently say that Pamela is a great realtor, but we also can now say that we found a great friend in her who introduced and welcomed us into the community!
