“Overall, we would not be in our home without Pamela. She is the best, hardest working, well networked, and truly friend of an agent. We would never consider anyone else throughout this process and are very thankful we chose her!” – Kristen H
Working with Pamela feels like you’re working with family. Honest, direct and will fight like hell to get you the house of your dreams. We couldn’t have felt in better hands than with Pamela and will recommend her to any of our friends looking to buy or sell a home in the Bay Area.
I was one of those people who thought real estate agents just show homes, file paperwork, and collect commissions…until I met Pamela. In Pamela, I found someone who understands the human element behind buying and selling homes. She listened to us and she adapted her strategy to our needs.
Pamela is brilliant, energetic, passionate, funny, and honest. If we need to buy or sell a home again, she is the first person we will call.
What can I say about Pamela that hasn’t been said before? It is never an easy decision finding the perfect realtor as there are so many agents to choose from. My family and I are so happy to have found Pamela. We not only went through the selling process with Pamela, but also the buying process.
When we went to sell our family home in a very sought-after neighborhood, we did our due diligence and met with a few top agents. Pamela stood out to us with her caring, hardworking personality. We worked so well together that we had her by our side when buying a home as well.
We had an honest, and comfortable relationship with Pamela, allowing us to say what was on our mind and never feel left out of the process. Pamela took charge and made sure my family and I were in great hands.
Pamela not only works with sellers, but also buyers. We have referred friends and family to Pamela and she has secured homes for them in competitive biddings. I would not refer an agent to anyone if I wasn’t 100% confident in their work and intentions. Thank you Pamela for all your hard work and dedication!
“”Thank you, thank you, thank you for your partnership and guidance in our home search. You made a stressful process fun and gave us the confidence we needed to find the home perfect for our family. We feel so lucky to have made a new friend in you and can’t wait for many years of Aunt Pam playdates to come!
“As first time homebuyers, we had our aspirations high and our budget as low as possible. Coming into a competitive Oakland Hills market, we were hopeful that we would be able to get our dream home within our budget. After getting out bid and losing out on homes with multiple offers, Pamela found us our dream home, in our ideal neighborhood within our budget as on off market opportunity, however it was not an easy road to get to this point. Pamela showed us over 20 homes and I although it felt like we were wasting her time, she did not share the sentiment and took each showing as an opportunity; an opportunity to educate, to grow in our partnership, and to truly personalize the home search process for us. Education was a large part of the home buying process for us. Pamela loves working with first time homebuyers and it truly is a great niche for her. Her expertise lies in explaining a complex process to those who have never experienced it as well as preparing them for whats to come. We felt confident, knowledgeable and prepared due to Pamela spending the time in the beginning to let us know what to expect. Pamela was our biggest advocate and partner from day 1. She took to heart what we were looking for, showed us a few things that had great potential and ultimately shared her wisdom on things that may not be in our best interest. Having someone in your corner who is as thoughtful, considerate and honest with you throughout this process is a game changer. Pamela was our third partner in this process and we couldn’t have done it any other way. Finally, you would hope as first time homebuyers we’d be more open to a variety of homes, however like many others, we had a list of must have items in our new home. Pamela respected that and shared homes that were within those guidelines, however to expand our scope a bit, also was helpful in challenging some of those ideas that we had in our head. Overall, we would not be in our home without Pamela. She is the best, hardest working, well networked, and truly friend of an agent. We would never consider anyone else throughout this process and are very thankful we chose her!”
Pam is a unique and formidable combination as an agent. She comes from a legal background, spending the bulk of her career thus far as a litigator, and her competitive edge and eye for an angle of attack quickly comes out when she locks on to a property that she thinks is right for you. Marry this with her unparalleled knowledge of the intricacies and mechanics of the Piedmont property market and you already have all the reason in the world to take her on as an agent. However, there is another, and I would say even greater side to Pam, and that is her hugely generous spirit and capacity for kindness. When Pam sells and buys in Piedmont, she is not just building a sales portfolio, she is building a community, one in which she takes great pride, and puts a considerable amount of effort and love into. Before us, she helped our sister’s family buy into Piedmont, and still drops by regularly with little presents for the kids, or a bottle of wine for her now neighbors. I suspect that Pam’s passion for work comes more from her desire to bring people into her beautiful community than from her great success at doing so. Wherever it comes from however, it produces an unbeatable combination, which put us, and many other families, in their dream home and community. If that is what you are after, I would highly recommend you enlist Pam’s passion and skill. As our neighbor and friend now, she will always have a glass of wine waiting at our place.
Someone else wrote in their review that they sneezed and then owned a house, that Pamela can work that fast. I can not echo that more strongly. We met with her for the first time on a Saturday morning and went to look at two houses that day. We decided to put in an offer on that first house and within a week our offer was accepted, within a month we had closed and moved in. That never happens, who gets the very first house they put an offer on?! She knew exactly how to guide us in understanding and feeling comfortable with all aspects of the offer and helping determine the right price to offer. Pamela was also able to set us up with great loan officers to get financing squared away quickly and worked seamlessly with them to ensure everything went smoothly. From start to finish, the process was easy because of her attention to detail and caring patience with us as first time buyers having a million questions.
Pamela was such a joy to work with and I have no doubt it will be the same for you.
In hindsight, I know that scoring our house wasn’t luck at all, it was because we had Pamela as our partner! When anyone asks how we won a house in this market/town, my response is that our realtor had our backs and put up a very strong fight for us, we wouldn’t have gotten the home without her. I honestly trust she would do the same for all of her clients.
Pamela was a joy to work with throughout the entire search and purchase process. She always put our interests first and advised us thoughtfully, making herself fully available via phone, text, or in-person. She walked us through the offer and closing processes, all of which went smoothly. Now that we own our home, she is has put us in touch with other top professionals who are helping us make our home ours. She goes far beyond the scope of a regular “realtor” – she is full service!
She is thorough and diligent in anything she does. For example, prior to us putting an offer on our home, she set up an appointment with a local contractor who walked us through all the disclosures and provided recommendations on maintenance, repairs, and possible cost ranges.
Pamela has a wealth of knowledge that spans far beyond real estate. She helped find us a great moving company, introduced us to the neighbors, gave a great recommendation on day care, and helped guide us through summer camps and school options for our children. List goes on and on. We can confidently say that Pamela is a great realtor, but we also can now say that we found a great friend in her who introduced and welcomed us into the community!
