My Value Proposition

Many of my clients are overwhelmed at the thought of selling or buying a home. I give them personalized service taking the time to understand their needs, preferences and budget. Then I design all my efforts towards meeting those goals. My legal and negotiation skills are tantamount to closing the transaction. But it is my connections and networking that help my clients assimilate to their new community.

I have an extensive network of contacts, services, vendors, community activities, child services and elderly care to make my clients’ significant life transition easier. I help my clients with anything from dog sitting, babysitting, to registering their children for school. Whatever my clients need, I will find an answer for them even long after the transaction has closed.

Pamela supports a number of community efforts.

I volunteer for organizations that have to do with children, and animals, and support my community. I am currently President of the Executive Board of Piedmont Playschool. I volunteer for Milo Foundation, an animal rescue center, and I’m a fundraiser for several non-profits. In 2022, I organized an adoption fair in Piedmont called “Doggies and Donuts.” It was so wonderful to see children and dogs of all ages being adopted.

As well as other charities and non-profits such as:
